    We will perform mandatory database maintenance on our platform on Monday, April 14th, from 01:30 to 02:30 CET.

    During this maintenance window, the Send & Track APIs (Labelling, Barcode, Confirming, Shipment, and Shippingstatus) will experience temporary downtime.

    We expect up to 30 minutes of unavailability during this period. No action is required on your end. If your integration includes automated retries, please ensure it can handle temporary downtime gracefully.
