    Incident status: We have identified a disruption on the labelling, confirming and shipping API. At this time you cannot use the Multicollo service and you will recieve the following error: 'Too many nested objects'.

    Estimated time: Our technical team has diligently investigated the incident, and we have successfully identified the root cause. We are now actively working on implementing a solution to resolve the issue to restore normal service as quickly as possible.

    Workaround: To make use of the service, you need to pre-notify one package per API request.
